YGKutler & Associates was born out of necessity after the mortgage collapse of 2008. Lenders had more potential short sales on their books than they could handle and the process quickly became too tedious and tiresome for the average agent or attorney to handle. Eventually, some of the larger law firms in the state of Georgia began opening up short sale departments to handle the workload needed to close these deals for their clientele. Often these departments are understaffed or overworked, and Real Estate agents were looking for a better way. That is when we started YGKutler & Associates. It offers smaller and mid size firms throughout the state the opportunity to serve their clients while avoiding the costs and overhead required to run an entire short sale department. Now there is a better option!
