I am very trustworthy, reliable, transparent, loving, generous and caring at all times. I have been in the child care industry for over 20 years and Newborn Care Specialist for the last six years. In the past, I have served as an Acute Care Nurse Assistant working with disable children and medically fragile babies at a local Bay Area children's hospital.Over the years, I have served 200+ families, ranging from singletons to multiples to premies, who entrusted their babies and children with my guidance and care. Helping families, especially watching children grow and nurturing them along the way, is incredibly rewarding. This is the kind of work that I love and feel passionate about.I provide non-judgmental support to families and respect each baby's individuality. I respect and welcome all backgrounds, and I share appreciation for all cultures. As a Newborn Care Specialist, I take my occupation very seriously. I continue to enhance my expertise by taking classes in-person and online, read articles, conduct research and network among professional groups.Last but not least, I carry dual citizenships in both the U.S. and Brazil. I am bilingual Portuguese and English. It's been a pleasure living in the Bay Area for the last 22 years. I hope we get the chance to connect!
