We are highly experienced in developing and delivering emergency management and public health related training and exercises. Our instructors, who teach at FEMA's Emergency Management Institute (EMI), experience include multiple FEMA EMI courses, Disaster Behavioral Health courses (pre-disaster), De-Escalation training and more. We have Instructional System Design experience and we can develop a course specific to your needs.Our Master Exercise Practitioners (MEP) have designed, developed and conducted small scale tabletop exercises to multi-jurisdtictional, multi-functional statewide and larger full-scale exercises. We have the experience and knowledge to get it done!After-Action Report writing is a skillset that requires a mix of objectivity, root cause analysis and technical report writing.
