Our team of Partners are experienced executives who are committed to evolving and maturing the innovative K-12 Education Ecosystem of services that support both public and private education institutions globally. We invest in creating a sustainable business model through the proactive acquisition of innovative SaaS companies. Our initial $180 Million fund, named the Global Grid for Learning Fund, will be leveraged to acquire and integrate at least 10 innovative, synergistic and profitable growth-stage companies that together create a sustainable end-to-end platform for K-12 education institutions: administration, e-learning, blended curriculum delivery, accreditation, e-commerce and IT infrastructure. We are actively seeking investment in K12 SaaS companies with the following criteria:- Experienced executive team- Min 25% Annual Growth Rate- Proven Revenue Model for 3 years- SaaS platform with Recurring Revenue- Synergy with other targeted acquisitions
