CropVue Technologies designs and manufactures wireless sensors for the agricultural industry to collect and analyze key data from specialty crops and generate actionable data for growers to reduce costs, water and chemical usage while optimizing yield. Each sensor contains a wireless 5G transmitter operating on solar power to upload field measurements into the cloud for analysis. Sensors measure temperature, humidity, pest counts using specialized traps and lures, leaf and soil moisture, wind speed and direction, rain fall, dew point and so on. Data is collected every 15 minutes and uploaded into cloud storage that triggers AI algorithms.
