At Cropwell Bishop Creamery we handcraft our Stilton and blue cheese the traditional way, using recipes passed down by three generations of the Skailes family. Our family has been making and selling cheese since 1847. Today, from our Nottinghamshire village creamery, we make a range of delicious cheese that includes Classic Blue Stilton, Organic Blue Stilton, Blue Stilton made with traditional rennet, White Stilton, Blue Shropshire and Beauvale - a soft and creamy blue cheese.Our award-winning cheese is only ever made from English milk from carefully selected Peak District farms, making our Stilton the tastiest around.Our team is passionate about crafting the best Stilton cheese, and whilst we take a traditional approach to our cheese-making, our creamery is well-invested, robust and consistently achieves the highest technical standards.
