Cross the Road Electronics (CTRE) is a provider of embedded solutions applicable to various control systems including robotics, Diver Propulsion Vehicles (DPVs), and Motor Control. CTRE has designed and developed software and hardware components utilizing CAN, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and USB (host and device inclusive). Located in Shelby Township, MI, CTRE designs, implements, and tests all distributed products: 2CAN Gateway, Battery Beak, CANipede Robotic Control Module (RCM), and Talon SR Motor Controller. While the majority of products are distributed to competitive robotics teams competing under USFIRST, all devices have been employed in projects outside of USFIRST.
