CrossFit Apogee is a Reebok Recognized 5,000 sq/ft. group training facility that provides FREE supervised kidcare, private men's and women's showers, and air conditioning, located on Big Bend Rd, just west of I-75. We offer CrossFit group classes as well as personal training. CrossFit classes are supervised by multiple certified CrossFit coaches whose sole job is to help you get in great shape, through safe, functional movements. We offer Beginnner, Intermediate and Competitor-level workouts.
