We are a Community located in Woy Woy, the 1st and only CrossFit box on the Peninsula of the Central Coast NSW and our members actually love to hang out before or after a workout - if time permits them to. We encourage and have members at all fitness levels and they enjoy a judgement free environment. We have no mirrors, well we do in the bathroom but they don't line the walls and our members range from 5-64yrs of age.
