At CrossFit High Five we combine elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, kettle bells, plyometrics, cardiorespiratory endurance activities, and calisthenics into short explosive workouts guaranteed to shred fat, build lean muscle and prepare you mentally and physically for anything life throws your way. We are a small facility. This means we cap our classes at 10 people. Everyone gets plenty of personal attention and individualized coaching. Our mission is to empower our athletes with correct movement patterns that will facilitate a lifetime of fitness. So we value good mechanics and technique above all else. We encourage proper nutrition. Does this mean we are a bunch of paleo freaks? Well, in some cases yes but it really depends on your goals. We will take the time to get to know each one of our members. We want to find out why you are here and what exactly your goals are. Then we can personalize a plan that will help you quickly and effectively achieve them. Our membership is chock full of awesomeness!
