A challenging twenty to thirty minute workout is used to get you in shape. Our fighters use this class as part of their training regimen to get in shape for their competitions. You don't have to be a fighter to benifit from our combination of ployometrics, body weight exersises, gymnastics, speed, agility, quickness drills, olympic lifts, and high intensity training.We offer a very individualized program scaled to each person's performance needs and existing capabilities. We work with everybody to include housewives, first responders, military, professional athletes, older folks, younger folks, and build your workouts to start with what you are capable of and take you to where you need to be.CrossFit Manassas at Vanguard Gym offers an organized approach to getting you in shape.
