We are a community dedicated to pursuing higher levels of health and fitness. We utilize CrossFit to build strong, fit bodies. No mirrors or machines, just hard work and sweat.CrossFit North Port is an individually owned and operated 4,000 sqft CrossFit facility. The owner does not look at CrossFit as a workout regimen but, as a passion. Over the last four years, he has engulfed himself into this lifestyle/sport. CrossFit will no doubt get you in the best shape of your life but, will also bring so much more to the table. Everyone is initially attracted to CrossFit because of the amazing changes it makes on one's physique.However, one quickly discovers the other benefits that come along with CrossFit; a dedicated supportive community, and the realization that any goal is achievable with hard work and devotion. We will motivate and embolden you to accomplish your goals, along with our other members by cheering you on every step of the way. Whether it's finishing a workout, setting a new PR (personal record), or assisting you with your nutrition.
