We at Crossroads firmly believe that our Cultural Arts Program will make a dramatic contribution to the development of the growing population of the at-risk youth in and around our community. We will provide to them high quality instruction in a variety of performance and visual arts. Not only fostering and nurturing their gifts and talents but also by decreasing risk factors while increasing protective factors, promoting healthier, drug and violence free lives. We recognize that we have the unique opportunity to help change the course of these young lives standing at the crossroads towards a direction of purpose and hope as opposed to one of doubt and self destruction. Our doors will be open to all regardless of race, religious affiliation, sex, financial means or artistic ability.
