Crossroads, the right direction for further improvement.I started 1988 in the ICT, as a programmer. After working as a Group IT manager for International organizations, I became responsible for the branches in France and then the Netherlands within Transmark Group, an international distributor of valves. From the Netherlands I moved on to become the COO of the Transmark Group. After the acquisition by MRC Global, I became VP Europe with responsibility for the activities within Europe, including the set-up of a regional distribution center and a central supply chain group, as well as the conclusion of international contracts with, among others, Shell and Exxon. My last position within the group was that of Executive Director International Operations with regard to all operations outside the United States. After years of working for an American organization, I am now committed to sharing my knowledge and experience in the field of management, strategy, supply chain and Information Technology under the name of Crossroads Consultancy Nederland.
