Our ApproachWe guide our clients through a developmental process to realign their lives to one that is both hope-centered and purpose driven. Our focus is on enabling individuals to perfect a subjective awareness of what drives them, why their value sets are their anchor, and how their distinctive inborn gifts are empowering agents meant to be expressed within their lives. Our Hope-Focused Counseling ModelOur Hope-Focused model is designed from Savickas (2005) and Niles, Amundson & Neault's (2010) important work that implicitly embraces that each individual has a talented mind and an inner drive to express their inborn uniqueness in this world. However, over 70% of our workforce is disengaged (Gallup, 2015). This means individuals are disconnected with their work and are looking for a pathway that offers a sense of purpose. Importantly, most cannot find a developmental process to accentuate their gifts that functionally bridges this disconnect. What they yearn for is a pathway where change has purpose, pursuing an avocation in life, to what becomes their calling.Purpose is found in discovering "why" individuals make choices and the meaning that guides their decisions. Rather than allow assessments to merely drive their professional development, individuals long to crystalize "who" they are and to become architects of their vocation. Their hope is to lead lives that reflect their individuative talent in endeavors that truly matter.MissionOur mission is to guide individuals through a process of reconstructing (self-reflection) "how" their cognitive acumen (gifts) will support meeting their objectives (goals). This offers self-clarity that reframes "how" (visioning) the convergence of individuative talent, character values, beliefs, and interests may be deployed in domains that compliment their personal style. This dynamic synergy reveals a pathway and meaning (hope) that enhances their personal and professional development to a life that is more abundant and filled with purpose. To learn more, contact: Blair Hollis M.A., GCDF BCCCCrossroads Consulting, Inc.4322 Harding Road, Suite 417Nashville, Tennessee 37205Tel: (615) 352-7603blairhollis@crossroadsconsultinginc.comhttp://www.crossroadsconsultinginc.com
