Crossway Project Management [CPM] is a SUPPORT focused firm that helps clients manage any part of, to all of, the construction process from conception to handing over the keys. CPM is a licensed General Contractor in FL and also licensed Professional Engineer in 28 states. We work closely with BlueWater Project Management, LLC, a female owned firm, on numerous Telecommunications projects all over the country.We provide timely, value based, and specialized project support to our clients. We will strive to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. We will be the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on project execution. We will aid our clients in "doing projects right"; projects delivered on time, to budget and to specification. We will aid our client in executing their programs of large projects or a set of projects to allow that program to be delivered quickly.We look for opportunities to be Mentor, Coach, or Partner in Development, Re-development, or Upgrade Projects wherein the other parties have little or no history in the process of turning a vision into a physical structure or process. We would be intimately involved from as early in the process as possible to when the owner or tenant has occupied the building; after which we will be available as needed.
