Crowdmuse is an open-source collaboration platform for sustainable business models with transparent revenue-sharing between freelancers, startups, organizations, and governments. We research, pilot and deploy forkable business models on chain with built-in licensing, supply chains & distribution networks to incentivize project replication and autonomous collaboration.We reduce the upfront costs of our projects by incentivizing collaborators to invest skills, knowledge, and assets in return for revenue and equity. This means collaborators share in the upside (and risk) of the projects to which they contribute. This model is further incentivized by allowing freelancers to develop value-adding skills through coordinated tasks that drive collaborative business models.Traditionally, value has been created by workers and value is extracted by the organizations who manage these workers. This means value is distributed disproportionately to those who hold the "capital" or "assets", while the compensation to those who hold the "skills" or "knowledge" is built on scarcity. This model simply doesn't work to achieve sustainable growth.We believe that the future of work is powered by people through coordinated collaboration and revenue sharing.
