Hi, I'm Daniel Crowley, the founder and CEO of Crowley Investment Solutions (CIS). When I was 20, I read Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I knew then that I wanted to become a real estate investor, but I didn't start real estate investing until I was 32, in 2014. In 2007 I had bought my first house to live in (not an investment), and was underwater on my mortgage within the first year when the housing market tanked. I ended up being able to find a tenant so I could afford to move out of the property. A year or two down the road, my tenant was having trouble paying rent, so we figured out a way to make some money. I was able to borrow 40k from other people and buy a foreclosed property that my tenant was able to renovate and I was able to sell for a small profit. It ended up being a great learning experience, and we realized we could do more. I bought another foreclosure property a few months later and was able to make a lot of profit off of it. Now here we are, in 2017, and CIS is ready to help you learn how to invest and build wealth so you can be financially free!
