With extensive experience working in both the private and government sectors, Richard;s project list includes hospitality, retail, industrial, restaurants, healthcare facilities, multi-family homes, offices and fire stations and fire training facilities.With over 30 years experience, Mr. Gary Oliver, also a registered architect in the State of Texas, brings extensive experience in the commercial, multi-family and aviation sector, having been an integral part of the renovations at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona, as Project Manager.Together, along with a team of professional draftsmen, senior designers and administrators, CA&D out-performs the big guys with our personal, one-on-one service and on-time delivery.
