Crown and Mane is a studio that specializes in delivering, Product Design, UX Design, and UI Design to technology startups. We work in a cross-functional capacity with product and engineering teams and help them leverage strategic Design Thinking and lean UX Design to ship products, user love, because we designed and built them with users in mind. We do this iteratively, collaboratively and most importantly without impeding the necessary velocity these teams need to innovate firstWe Ideate, Iterate, Validate, & Collaborate! We leverage user-center design to frame problems and craft the right solutions, by iterating quickly and validating the results early and often. Over the past decade, we've worked in product teams for large organizations and ambitious startups and both had one thing in common. They constantly innovate by shipping new features regularly while iterating quickly and validating each step of the way. The most successful of not only see UX and product design as a part of a process, but they also leverage it as a valuable framework. We founded Crown & Mane out of the idea that good design puts users at the center by framing problems and iterating through design solutions quickly and validating your decisions often.
