Cru Land Company is a boutique agricultural brokerage and advisory firm whose primary focus is investment-grade agricultural real assets. We provide landowners, private and institutional investors, and vertically integrated wine producers and agricultural processors a local presence and a platform for growth within the Agricultural Investment space.Initially rooted on the North Coast with a focus on vineyard-land, Cru represents an evolution, a push into new markets, and new crop-types after more than a decade in the industry. This expanded reach allows us to provide continued support to our clients currently invested in these new markets and are actively looking to grow, while simultaneously cultivating new relationships and providing the same level of expertise to new clients within these markets. TRANSACTIONAL MANAGEMENTAcquisitions: We evaluate market trends with our clients to strategically design agricultural investment platforms in alignment with their broader portfolio goals. We subsequently source deals to execute the build-out of these platforms and provide due diligence coordination and post-close asset management services.Dispositions: For landowners looking to sell, or lease their land, we lean on nearly 20 years of valuation experience to optimize the disposition of their assets. This sale can either be through a private marketing campaign directly to the ag community, avoiding the intrusion that typically comes with marketing a property, or through a full-exposure, public marketing campaign.
