We have developed a cutting machine that does not require suction. Thanks to an innovative double blade system, it cuts using pressure, without damaging the fibres. Crystal enables quick cutting, integrating perfectly with an efficient production line. The machine was designed to optimise the cutting phases in sartorial type production, in prototype and mini-series productions. Fabric retention without the need for suction guarantees a silent and comfortable work environment, with particular attention on machine wear and consumption. The innovative retention system, using an ionising bar, eases coupling with the paper for cutting instructions.
