C&S Consulting was founded with the mission of helping companies implement flexible and effective project controls solutions. The founders Jessica Coral and Dave Scott have many years of experience implementing EVM and Project Controls solutions across Government and Industry.We have successfully implemented and supported systems for many major organizations, effectively standardizing and automating project management and EVM processes. We have also implemented hundreds of EVM Systems for government contractors who are required to utilize a project controls system that is compliant with the EIA-748 EVMS standard, and which provides timely, accurate, and reliable reporting for their government customer.
