(CSCE) was established as veteran owned small business (VOSB) to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP&FP) engineering services that cover public and government projects. Metropolitan Area. CSCE has extensive experience designing projects that LEED certified, including LEED platinum projects, and one of the first LEED Silver stand –alone parking garages.
