CT Krav Maga & MMA offers mixed martial arts training for adults and children. We train students in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Krav Maga and Combat Hapkido. We also offer fitness programs such as Circuit Training, Kickboxing, Kettlebells and Yoga. We offer beginner fitness classes to more intense workouts depending on your current fitness level. We are affiliaed with USKMA, Kore BJJ, and ICHF.Our youth martial arts program is based on 2 age groups: Little Ninjas for 4-6 year olds and Krav Kids for 7 and older.
