Real Estate - Guilford, Connecticut, United States
Scott Silverstone obtained his real estate license shortly after finishing law school at Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law). Prior to real estate, Scott worked for Fortune 500 companies, technology startups and law firms including John R. Williams and Associates in New Haven, CT. With a background that spans marketing, technology, finance and law, Scott now brings his unique skill set to the Connecticut Shoreline real estate market. In Scott's first year of real estate, he was one of the top performers in his office. Last year, his listings averaged fewer than 30 days before going under contract. His diverse group of clients currently includes waterfront luxury homeowners and property investors, as well as a number of first time home buyers. An avid investor, Scott purchased "project foreclosure" in 2009. This renovated home overlooks the base of Guilford's WestWoods Trail. Scott spent much of his first year in "project foreclosure" renovating the home's interior. More recently he started some extensive landscaping projects, including extensive flower beds and a vegetable garden. In addition to landscaping and home renovations, Scott is an avid mountain biker and enjoys golfing (most often at the Guilford Lakes Golf Course). Scott enjoys the art and culture in the community and his organization, CTProperty.com continues to sponsor events for the Shoreline Arts Alliance.
