Feedback Methods and Impact-Delivering individual and/or team feedback is a skill. It takes empathy and practice to get it right! Over the last 20 years, I have led teams, studied feedback methods and coached leaders on how, and when to deliver timely and appropriate feedback. -The methods within our practice deliver results! Our coaching will help improve employee performance and strengthen team dynamics. Results are measurable in your organizations leadership and performance surveys. In addition, we offer consultation on setting "actions plans" for delivering feedback and setting new performance goals.Team Building -Team dynamics are a huge part of our work lives.
