CTTE Security Group Details
CTTE is a training Center for specializing police officers. Concerned about the great number of police officers that got killed on duty in the last few years, and also the accidents that resulted in casualties or even the partial or total inaptitude for law enforcement, the founders of CTTE conducted studies that revealed that those casualties were caused mostly by lack of proper skills, training and experience in handling firearms.After that, they decided to found an institution to train law enforcement officers. CTTE has a faculty with law background and international specialization in law enforcement training, including tactical training from military and police forces in the US, France and Germany, as well as specialized Brazilian Special Operations groups. All techniques learned abroad and the 20-year professional experience working with established institutions of the Rio Grande do Sul Police have provided these professionals with skills to adapt those international techniques, used by the best police departments in the world, to our reality. We must keep in mind that law enforcement techniques must always evolve, as crime constantly changes and police officers must always be updated to keep up with this unfair battle. It is unfair because in this combat criminals don't obey the law; they make their own rules according to their criminal demands, while the police officer must follow legal rules and procedures. So, it is the professional duty of the Police officer to always be updated so he can fulfill his duty of protecting society
