Culinary Wood Designs is proud to offer custom, hand-crafted, wood products to the Restaurant Industry. The artisan is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island and has devoted over 24 years to the food & beverage industry. He has worked for an international hotel chain and several upscale, New York City restaurants. Over the years, in his spare time, he has developed a passion and talent for woodworking. This was primarily a result of necessity...he wasn't able to find the perfect serving piece for the menu item at hand. So...he created them in his workshop at home! After several requests from friends in the industry to create similar products....he decided to create Culinary Wood Designs to fulfill an industry niche; making quality, custom, wood products to fit the specific need of the Chef, Owner or Manager.
