Our mission is to inspire bigger dreams. We work with businesses and schools to provide unique and exciting business and life experiences for disadvantaged youth. We focus on helping those who may never have a similar opportunity and provide deserving students the opportunity to travel to a new city, learn about different cultures, and experience different businesses. Through the experience the students are coached, mentored, and provided the opportunity to meet business leaders from different industries and hear their stories. Our hope is that they will begin to dream bigger and realize the potential for their life. Cultivating Hope was founded by 5 men with a 25 year friendship and the goal to work together to give back to the community and help other people. Cultivating Hope has partnered with Restoration Academy in Birmingham Alabama since 2014 and has brought 5 classes of students to New York City as part of the program.We have moved to the next stage with the creation of the Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization and IRS 501c3 recognized.
