CULTUREALL™ (formerly known as World of Difference) is an Iowa-based non-profit. Its mission is to create experiences that strengthen cultural understanding and appreciation by providing interactive presentations primarily for Central Iowa school children. By examining the concept of culture, future generations can foster positive intercultural relations and become more engaged in society. Cultural awareness is an important topic to discuss because one's culture plays a vital role in personal development—even from a very early age. CULTUREALL relies on a team of over 100 Cultural Ambassadors representing more than 40 world cultures to deliver interactive presentations that leave a lasting impression on participants of all ages. Since its inception in 2005, CULTUREALL has played an integral part in educating Central Iowa school children. The organization has shown steady growth each year—increasing the number of cultural presentations and expanding its reach to more school districts and communities. CULTUREALL now presents more than 700 workshops and events serving more than 31,000 adults, students and teachers from 17 school districts each year. While most of the schools served are in the greater Des Moines area, CULTUREALL can take its programs anywhere in Iowa.
