A good environmental compliance program, once it is set up and running, shouldn't cost a lot to manage and maintain. After 20 years of field experience setting up programs to make big businesses save money, she decided to offer a similar product to companies that want to have a reliable compliance program, but don't have the staff and funding to have a full time specialist "Environmental Manager".The idea is to create plans and procedures that can be used and maintained by the onsite staff, and the only time you need to update is if the plant changes, there is a major management change, the regulations change or something unusual happens. If it is one of the "unusual" cases, CUP Compliance can take a look at the most efficient way to solve the problem and then look for how to create a procedure so that the team can manage it on their own again.
