The word "Cura" (Latin) represents the core value of this company and that is to "take care off" cost. We optimize TIME, VALUE and COST on construction projects through financial systems and quantity surveying expertise. Our core business being Cost Budgeting, Cost Controlling, Cost Management and Cost Forecasting. Curacost believes that the financial success of any construction project lies with the pro-active involvement of us as quantity surveyors determining capital expenditure (CAPEX) from an EARLY stage based on architectural, structural and services conceptual designs, all through to the end of the project's life cycle. We put a lot of effort, time and detail into our feasibility studies and budgets in order to limit financial risk and to set clear and understandable design parameters for the client and design team and in effect we save on time, limit financial risk, assist with decision making during the design development phase and add constructive value to the project. In sharing the same mind-set by making excellence part of our daily routine we follow a philosophy based on the words of Henry Ford "The man who uses his skill and constructive imagination to see how MUCH he can give for a dollar instead of how LITTLE he can give for a dollar is bound to succeed!"
