Ultimately growing towards an approximate € 500 million portfolio.Curae invests on behalf of its participants in modern, future-proof and sustainable Dutch care housing. We have an extensive track record in real estate markets as well as real estate management, development and financing.We are relatively, but consciously, small scale. This allows us to be extremely agile. We keep our processes simple, lean and well documented. Curae Management BV is based at Van De Spiegelstraat 12 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Curae is a Dennis Buis and John Peek initiative. Dennis and John have been a close-knit team for decades. They share a passion for real estate.Dennis and John seamlessly complement each other in creating and seizing opportunities in real estate.
