Curated shorts is an international community of short film lovers, filmmakers, curators, producers, and film programmers. We handpick weekly great short films from filmmakers worldwide who want to share their stories. Curated shorts is the home for emerging filmmakers who want to enter the industry and also for experienced filmmakers to expand their audience and get feedback on their art. We premiere, review and analyse short films. We have Q&A and interview sessions with the filmmakers to understand the universe they created. Founded by Roozbeh Misaghi, an Iranian London based independent filmmaker, in the middle of UK lockdown London in Jan 2021. after watching thousands of shorts and consulting with many filmmakers and film scholars. We built this platform to create a meaningful community caring about each other with a common goal; to expand independent and alternative ways of filmmaking.
