The Customer Success Network, Asia is a not-for-profit, member based organisation. We aim to share knowledge, to learn and to develop each other through our virtual workshops. We utilise this knowledge and learning to implement improvement; maturing the customer success functions in our businesses.As a network we meet every six weeks, virtually. Many of our members also often meet for virtual coffees, to workshop problems and opportunities in smaller groups. The network was set up 'for and by', Customer Success leaders.
