This project was put together by 2 old friends and Customer Success professionals that have garnered 5+ years of experience in managing and nurturing relationships with clients - of many sizes and industries - all over the world. Our goal?To provide very straight-forward, simple and ready-to-implement customized CS plans within their businesses. But why?Well, what we really want is every single scale-up to migrate to a Customer-Centric culture as we are confident it will build better and stronger business relationships. Who are we aiming to?Although we have knocked on the very titans' doors, we focus our efforts mainly in those small ventures and SMB's that want to launch a new CS program or are looking to optimize their existing one.
