Cygnet Holding is the Ukrainian holding managing agricultural assets in Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions. Areas of activity: • Crop production • Dairy farming • Sugar production • Elevator services CROP PRODUCTION Cygnet Holding cultivates over 36 000 ha in central and western parts of Ukraine: Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions. All territories have an optimal combination of fertile soils, ample precipitation and summer temperature to create optimal growing conditions. We grow corn, soybeans, winter wheat, sugar beets, alfalfa in the central part (over 25 000 ha). The distance between the furthest farms is 80 km. There are also corn and soybeans in the western part (11 000 ha). Our farms are equipped with highly efficient modern machinery of CASE, KINZE, KUHN, JCB, FARMET and VADERSTAD companies. DAIRY FARMING We have 900 heads of dairy cows in Zhytomyr region. We pay great attention to our farms modernization and updating livestock, improving the ration according to increasing productivity of cows. SUGAR PRODUCTION Cygnet Holding manages the Tsurupa Sugar Plant in Zhytomyr region. Capacity of the plant is 2500 t per day. The plant created a fully integrated production cycle of sugar from growing the beet to sugar production. ELEVATOR SERVICES We provide services on drying, storage, cleaning of wheat, barley, corn and soybeans. Also the elevator buys these crops on constant basis. In 2013 we put into operation the 1st stage of the elevator (1 dryer and 20 000 tons/storage), in 2014 – the 2nd stage (the second dryer and additionally 40 000 tons/storage). The elevator has the possibility to store 60 000 tons of grain at the same time, take 5500 tons of grain every day and load 2500 tons of grain every day into the railway carriages.
