This level of expected performance has allowed CYGNUS to ship directly to stock to all of our major prime customers.We deliver over 180,000 parts annually, flying on a majority of the aircraft manufactured in the US, both military and commercial, along with various missile programs.Typical parts we manufacture include aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium parts up to 10 feet in length, such as brackets, panels, angles, clips, doublers, enclosures, etc.; larger more complex parts with joggles and formed lightening holes such as intercostals and webs, and assemblies which have included up to 30 component parts in total.
