2014 sees the re-launch of the Chamber, with new and extended benefits for our members, and a real focus on bi-lateral trade.Our aim is to promote business, investment, educative and cultural relations between companies, Governments and people from both Ecuador and the United Kingdom. What this means in practise is that the Chamber will work closely with its members to provide on-going support to Ecuadorean companies wishing to export to and do business in the UK.The Objectives of the British-Ecuadorean Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Guayaquil, are as follows:• To facilitate international trade between primarily, but not limited to, Ecuador and the United Kingdom.• To support the development of local businesses.• To provide practical services and tangible benefits to our members.• To promote the products and services of our members within the Chamber and beyond.• To work in cooperation with UK and Ecuadorean government ministries and trade bodies, as well as independent associations, to assist members and improve local businesses and international trade.• To partner with Corporate Social Responsibility organizations for the betterment of our members and society in general.
