Therapeutic yoga classes with a focus on releasing tension and stress in the body, mindful movement is suitable to all levels and all bodies. Currently completing an MSc in Mindfulness Based Interventions I will be available to provide the scientifically recognised 8 week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) courses to groups of 8-12 participants at a time. Also trained in Reflexology, and as a Yoga Therapist, my focus is on the needs of the individual to stretch and release tension in the body, while also providing them with the tools to manage the impact of stress in the mind. MBSR program was designed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and has been found to have significant impact on chronic pain and stress management.
