D-TRAINED, Inc. is a company designed to improve the athletic performance level of Elite High School, College and Professional Athletes. Over 275 D-TRAINED participants have competed at the highest levels of basketball including the ACC, Big East, Atlantic 10, Conference USA and NBA/ WNBA. As a college and professional basketball player and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, D-TRAIN brings a wealth of knowledge and credibility with his training protocols. For several years D-TRAIN has served as the featured trainer on the Brand Jordan Training Tour, Nike "Ball on Air 360" tours, World Basketball Festival as well as coordinating training for Nike's "Let Me Play" Basketball Clinics in NYC. D-TRAIN is a Nike SPARQ Certified Trainer and has been called on several times to lead SPARQ Basketball and Training, having tested and trained over 3,000 athletes.
