Private postal service that offered competition to the national postal service across the whole country and across all postal services. First licenced (PTL 000001) postal service provider. Thanks to a more efficient management, we were able to win over such customers as the whole Estonian justice system: courts, prisons, prosecutors' offices, ministry and others. We introduced numerous innovations which proved very important and previously unavailable to the justice system. E.g. - package monitoring in real time, web-based package history acces, scanned documents of delivery.
