Electro-hydraulic actuatorsEach electro hydraulic actuator comprises of a fabrication continuously welded steel case. Units are completely sealed from the outside by a series of o rings which prevents the increase of contamination.Electro hydraulic actuator use hydraulic oil as a medium by means of transferring from an electric motor rotation to a liner motion Inside the case is a gear pump, valve block, relief valve, speed control valves pressure relief valves, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil, pipework, fittings and seals. The benefits of an electro hydraulic actuator is that the self-contained cylinder means there is no external exposure to water, dust, mud or gasses. It eliminates having a power pack and cylinders which in turn saves you money on fitting, hoses constant checks on oil levels. In the event that the unit has suffered damage or has failed, the unit is removed and replaced with a spare unit which allows for minimal shut down time and fault finding. Actuator are 100% repairable. New or repair have a guarantee of 12 months. Before leaving the premises they are tested and inspected to ensure all oil levels, pressure and speed specifications are correct.
