THE RESTAURANT Our menu selections are made fresh to order. We don't use warming trays that dry out our food. BBQ meats take hours to cook, so are only available until sold out daily. We might do things a little slower around here- but it's worth the wait! We're always cooking, so chances are if you can't get it this time, it will be ready for the taking next time you order or eat with us. We keep a completely NUT FREE kitchen! And since we make everything from scratch, we can tell you exactly what is in our food! Have an allergy or sensitivity, just let us know!CATERING SERVICES Our catering is made to measure. We tailor our menus and services to fit your needs and help you create an unforgettable event. If there is something that isn't on our menu, but you really want for your event let us know. Let us sweat the small stuff so you don't have to. SPECIAL EVENTS SPACEOur 6 Elmer St. Madison address is available to rent for your special events, parties, showers, team dinners, group meet ups, team building events... whatever you need. We can cater the event for you, and will set up and clean up too.
