DAHOAM1516 is a non-profit social club providing classes in home-style Bavarian cooking and brewing and hosted social events.We use only Oma-approved recipes and very basic techniques to create hearty fare. Our beers are "wheat-forward" and robust The idea is simple, to make Bavarian cuisine/beers accessible, easy to do at home, and fun for all. ***ALL EVENTS ARE IN ENGLISH though German speaking is encouraged.*** Class are small (under 12 people) and very hands on. Cooking courses are often paired with a meal afterwards where we share our bounty. Brewing courses focus on the very basics and are paired with a round of brews.In addition to providing courses at our host site, we also provide team building events (Social Brewing and Schnitzelfeast) where we come to your location.
