My goal is to make this often emotional transition positive and less stressful for the seniors that are in transition and their families.*We will begin with a free home consultation to evaluate what the clients individual needs might be and which services would be most helpful to them.*Services available: Pre-Move Services-Overall plan and timeline (if home has not sold, may include staging plan)-Work with new community to see if there are any move in requirements/instructions-Interview/scheduling professional mover-Coordinate and recommend 3rd party vendors: movers, real estate agents, estate sales, donation sites, cleaners-Develop floor plan for new residence-Sort, organize and downsize-Stage home-Arrange donations-Arrange long distance shipping and storage-Arrange for profitable disposal of items not needed through auction, estate sale, buy-out, consignment (or a combination of the above)-Change of address notification and utility transfer-Document items being moved and shipped with photographs-Pack belongings-Arrange for cleaning of vacant residenceMoving Day Activities-Final packing-Client support-Monitor/oversee moversSettling In Services-Arrange furniture-Unpack-Put away items (Set-up electronics and make beds)-Remove packing suppliesAging in Place Services-Evaluation-Organization-Decluttering
