Over 40 injection moulding machines including Thermoset injection (DMC / SMC) and Compression / Transfer moulding machine and top of the line Brands like :Engel , BOY, Toshiba , Ferromatik Milacron Machines are equipped with Auto-Loaders, Hopper Dryer, Dehumidifiers Hot runner temperature controllers, mould temperature controllers etc. Bimetallic barrels and thoroughly hardened screws for processing highly abrasion and corrosive engineering plastics. Manufacturing team consists of qualified & skilled engineers & technicians. Ability to manufacture components up to 900 gms (max) in glass filled reinforced polymers.Tool room is equipped with basic requirements used for maintenance activities Very good understanding of complex moulds; Hot runners with valve gating, Hydraulic core pulls with threaded inserts and Multiple parting line moulds.
