BOMA Greater Dallas is the professional organization representing the commercial real estate industry and related service providers by establishing the industry standard of excellence through Advocacy, Education, Networking and Community Service. ADVOCACYBOMA Greater Dallas is your advocate for legislative issues at the local, state and national levels. Whether it is promoting a particular issue that impacts commercial real estate; providing information to our elected officials; or establishing key contacts at all levels of the government, BOMA Greater Dallas is working for YOU!EDUCATIONBOMA Greater Dallas, through the BOMA Greater Dallas Foundation, offers BOMI designation courses for RPA, FMA, SMA/SMT and CMCP, which are a sign of achievement in the commercial real estate industry. We also offer seminars on topics that are timely to the commercial real estate industry and allow property professionals to earn continuing education credits toward a real estate license or professional designation. (www.creci.org)NETWORKINGBOMA Greater Dallas provides opportunities to exchange information with peers and colleagues through monthly membership meetings, educational seminars and networking events. We also host one of the largest trade shows in the BOMA industry as well as quarterly events specifically for our young professionals and engineer limited members.COMMUNITY SERVICEBOMA Greater Dallas, through the BOMA Greater Dallas Foundation, provides financial and in-kind support to charitable agencies serving disadvantaged youth and families. This includes donating school supplies, toiletry items and Christmas gifts to the children and families of the supported charities. And through the BOMA/Foundation Gala, a highlight of the holiday season, the organization raises funds specifically for those charities.
