I have been in the recruitment industry for 20 years and predominately my time has been spent in the medical sector. Originally from London, I have also lived in Spain, East Asia and now an Australian citizen, I have been lucky enough to call Sydney home since 2010. My passion in work is to build a rapport and to listen to doctors and to establish and understand their requirements and preferences. I work very closely with doctors and by really understanding their wants and needs, I can then speak with my many contacts, which I have built up over the years and provide numerous options on a locum, contract or permanent basis.I have worked within the big recruitment organisations and also the smaller boutique agencies. I can offer a very tailored and personal service and I am not confined, nor do I have any restrictions on who I can work with and assist in helping find employment. I am a very straightforward talker, and I pride myself on delivering, what I say I am going to do, with both the doctor and with the hospital. I have many doctors that will only work with me because of this and because of my approach, the way in which I work and the opportunities I can find and offer. By having this knowledge and understanding of the doctors that I work with, it creates an excellent working relationship, which I value immensely.
